Hi to all, do you have an example you can share of the

POC.08705 Arterial Puncture Complication

POC.08760 Collateral Circulation

POC. 08815 Ambient Air Contamination

for the iStat users. How do you comply to these checklist questions? I am lost. Only MDs perform the procedures in the OR. We do not have access to their training records.
