PKU result forms

At my facility, the birth center has historically brought PKU result forms to the laboratory for filing. Do any other POC Coordinators have any idea what regulatory issues apply to these and if they should be falling under my oversight?
Many thanks for any information!

If they are bringing the results to you just to file, you shouldn't have any regulatory issues. These results are kept at the state labs where the testing is done, so your file should only be for convenience. Do these get entered electronically in the patient chart, or is the birth center just scanning them into the record?
They are entered into the chart and forwarded to the pediatrician before the forms come to me.
