Does anyone have any experience with the Home Dialysis patients testing their own Dialysis fluid with Urine Dip Sticks to check for Leukocytes, Nitrates etc. then relay results to attending Physicians or Nurses overseeing their care.

Hi and 'no experience here'.
If this is happening where I work, I don't know about it and would not consider it 'under one of our CLIA Certificates' for whatever location those MDs worked in.
If you see in the package insert of the strip home health is using that this 'specimen' is acceptable, would you return here and tell us which brand that is? I've never worked with a strip where urine was not the only specimen listed. Thanks!
