Hello Everyone,
I am just curious how do you manage POC ABL90 using Telcor. I have found out today from the field engineer while he is setting up the analyzer that I have to physically manually enter users on each analyzers. It doesn't talk to TELCOR the way iSTAT DE does.
I was apalled! hehe So, they have AQUIRE that does POC data management and I was wondering if any of you are using it for POC setting. If not how do you manager end-users through Telcor if it is connected to Telcor. Thank you!

It's my understanding that you can use Telcor to manage operators - it just talks through Aqure to do it. If that's not correct I'd love to know as we are about to order some analyzers. Unfortunately we'll still move that direction but I will not be happy if I have to do the management in Aqure instead.
Our ABLs are connected to RALS without the Aqure. We had to manually assign users to each ABL. Once you have all the users in one ABL, you can copy them onto a thumb-drive and paste them to the rest of the ABLs. It is also an unidirectional interface, meaning the ABLs don't query the host for the ordered tests. Users need to select the tests or test panel on the ABL.
