POC lithium test

I have bee working with a behavioral health clinic that is wanting to bring in POC tests. The question of performing a lithium test was asked. Does anyone have some insight on a waived test? I saw the InstaRead by Akers, but little information is provided on the test. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
