POC Trop vs Main lab Trop

Would anyone be willing to share, what are the comments that are attached to your reports for POC troponins as to how they correlate with the results that are performed in the main lab. Also is there any cut points as what is considered a positive or negative result on your stratus? Our doctors don't like the way we have ours worded.

Here is the comment we use:
Troponin comment:
Please note that the Troponin I by i-STAT (POCT) is less sensitive for detection of low levels when compared to the Troponin T test in the central laboratory.
Furthermore, results by Troponin I are not equivalent to results by Troponin T. Results by both assays should not be transposed when serial measurements are compared.

These are the canned comments we use. They get attached to each troponin result whether done in main lab or POC.
