What methodologies are your facilities using for monitoring heparin therapy for Impella patients?
Is anyone using ACT+ cartridges for this purpose? It sounds like most are using the ACT-LR...

We use the Hemochron Signature Elite

We are beginning the process of implementing the ACT K on iSTAT.
Would those of you that use the ISTAT for ACT testing, specifically for Impella patients, be willing to answer some questions that I have?
