General Lab Question - Maintenance Agreement NON POC

Hi Folks,
My admin team as asked me to reach out to the group to ask what the standard percentage is for a maintenance agreement costs in regards to the total cost of a piece of instrumentation. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
