Neonatal Bilirubins

Hello,
Is anyone having a correlation issue with the Drager TCB results and the TBili on the Siemens Atellica? We are finding a 2-3 mg/dL difference between the two and this has been placing our babies into photo therapy possibly unnecessarily. The Atellica does not have a testing method for just neonatal Bilirubin like our Ortho did.
Thank you,
Gail Bostrom, POCT Manger Inspira Health

We use the Drager with that type of bias but set a requirement to repeat in lab if above 8. Since not a true POC test, we don't really do much with it other than make sure they put results in. ivy
