We had installed 2 in our CVOR, but had to pull them out of the unit due to QC issues. As you all know that only abnormal QC is available by the manufacturer, the normal QC has to be performed using a normal donor. The new lot # of cartridges would not pass normal QC with 3 different Normal Donors. That made us wonder if there was an issue with analyzer, cartridges or the donors themselves, so we had to pull the test.
