For those of you using the Nova Blood Glucose meter, what CPT code do you use? 82962 or 82947?

I refer to the CLIA website:https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Legislation/CLIA/Categorization_of_Tests. On the "List of Waived Tests", page 6 shows the CPT code as 82962
