AD/PPID issues

Hi all,
Has anyone had issues with their positive patient ID not working on the Istat. We have QML and Istat DE and for some reason our PPID went off the rails last week. Most of our patients are not in our DE patient list but are in our QML ADT. We have a sister hospital that shares the same ADT and DE and they aren't having any issues. I have a ticket in with Telcor but I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this.
