NOVA and NICU

Hello Nova users,  I was wondering, what do you use for a low critical levels on newborns for the:

0-4 hour window

4-14 hour window

<  35 ?     <  45 ? 

What process do you follow for the confirmations?

We went live with Nova glucose the beginning of March and then BAM shut down. ( I am in NY ).

 We are now having to do re-education with nurses at the women's center/NICU with confirmations on low results at the 0-4 hour and 0-24 hour. Looking at changing the process/technique of how to collect conformations.  They are not liking the NOVA at all, and will not trust it on the lows. They have also become very resistant to re-education.

Not to use Co-Vid as an excuse; but had there been no co-vid; communications, actions and education would have been jumped on, addressed and put to bed by the end of April/May.
