POC Covid testing

We are just now starting to consider a POC platform for Covid testing.

What seem to be the best options?  We're looking for: 15-30 minute TAT, preferably molecular, interfaces with RALS.
Does such an animal exist? Are Dead-air boxes a must, if a hood is not available?

Pros? Cons?  Seems I've got some catching up to do..

Thanks in advance!

We use the Abbott ID NOW Covid 19. I have some information on the instrument. If you will post your email I will be glad to send you what I have.

Thanks Ashley-

I am having trouble sending these in an email. You may get 100 emails from me or it may never send. I apologize. :)

It should really depend on what your use case is. If you are testing symptomatic patients (higher viral loads) for COVID, the Abbott ID Now should work. We are using the Cepheid GeneXpert for patients requiring surgery who are not able to come to a pre-operative appointment due to certain circumstances. The Xpert is by far more sensitive than the ID Now.

Thanks
