There are the "Big Four" missing POC analytes that are requested by our many, many providers in our POC-on-steroids environment. Other than the salivary Ethanol (no one seems to like it), does anyone have a waived or very simple Moderate Complexity methodology for any of these four analytes, suitable for nurses, paramedics, Rad Techs, etc. to perform in a POC setting?

You are correct Andries, these are the big 4 we need as POC tests. I also cannot find a solution.  Any vendors listening?

Revisiting this topic as these tests are still highly requested in a POC environment.  Has there been any developments?  I am unable to find anything.
Thank you

Vendors, where are you? We need this testing for ED-based POC. We're waiting ...
