Media Lab procedures for CLIA and CAP

Hi all,
For those of you that use Media Lab or similar products for your procedures, how do differentiate procedures that are just CLIA vs ones that are just CAP or used for both? We just put our procedures on Media Lab for POCT and I'm trying to make it easier for inspections and remote viewing. One of our previous inspectors told us we needed to separate the procedures so they wouldn't get confused when an inspector was reviewing them. For our printed manual it's easy because we have a spreadsheet on the front so they can see which procedures are CAP or CLIA or both but with Media Lab and the increased chance of remote inspections of procedures I wanted to reduce the confusion as much as possible.
Suggestions welcome :)

We do not have separate procedures for CLIA and CAP. But if you need to, you can make as many folder or manual that you want in MediaLab. Just make a Manual entitled CLIA or make separate CAP and CLIA submanuals in each section.
I was going to suggest the same as Deborah. I would create manuals to organize your different procedures. I would do three manuals: CLIA, CAP, and Shared. If you need help, MediaLab is great about doing demonstrations to teach you.
I am a MediaLab employee. What Deborah and Susan said is great. And, to reiterate what Susan said, if you need any help getting set up or organizing your existing procedures, please contact support. They would be happy to support you.
Our lab's Medialab is organized by 'Manual'. Then under 'POCT', both the 'Technical Procedures' and the 'Competency & Training Checklists' are organized by test complexity (rather than by accrediting/survey org.).
