Hints at the new breakout sessions: the first breakout session is on 'communication' which brings in discussion of some top communication skills. The second breakout dives into 4 goals including writing Quality Indicators (pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical). We'll end that breakout with a rapid fire 'Technical Consultant role' quiz.
