To those that are CAP accredited, how do you correlate your Hemochrons and istats to meet reg com.04250? Thanks for any input!

I didn't see an answer on this so bumping it up to the top. We recently went live with the iSTAT ACT and wondering the best way to correlate to the Sig Elites.
