Room Temperature Documentation

I am currently struggling to get a 100% compliance for room temp/humidity documentation in areas that store POC consumables on the floors. It is currently being done manually (min/max  is documented in areas that close). I collect the sheets each months (40+) and sign off then send corrective action reports to the nurse managers. What are you using if you are doing this electronically? Would love to go remote!

Some key things:
1. I can configure each thermometer with a range and location ID
2. Alarm that goes off when temperature if out of range
3. Can connect to WIFI
4. Can be plugged in so I do not have to worry about the battery

We use Digi SmartSense. I don't have any major complaints. Their reporting is a bit clunky but overall, good customer service and you can configure multiple different types of notifications for out out range and missed readings.

Aeroscout by Securitas (we have this hospital-wide for temp monitoring) - web-based corrective action documentation, custom reports.

We use the Rees Monitoring System. The program can be a desktop application or it can be web based. The system can be set up to email you and/or call you every 5 minutes alerting you of out of range temperatures.
