Glucometer Critical Values Based on DOB

My facility has recently changed their glucose critical values for venipunctures. The same critical values were programmed in NovaNet for the StatStrip glucometers. Due to this change, we now have different critical glucose values based on age. We are currently using NovaNet, Telcor and Epic.
Is there any way that we could program/flag the various critical glucose values based on age and not location (through middleware or Epic)? Does anyone have experience or would mind sharing their process?

You can ask your EPIC support to build rules on critical ranges and critical results based on age.
