DCA Vantage A1C - billing?

Our Diabetes Education center uses the DCA Vantage for Hemoglobin A1C testing. They haven't previously billed for this test, but have inquired about the potential to start. Does anyone bill for A1C testing on the DCA Vantage at an outpatient facility? If so, could you provide any information on CPT codes, pricing, etc.? We charge CPT 83036. The price we bill is set by my organization - I will admit its not cheap!
Ashlee, we are using DCA Vantage A1C at clinics, and we charge CPT 83036 as well. The pricing is calculated based on your expenses to have A1C test (instrument, cartridges, QCs, surveys, personnel involved, volumes, insurance contracts etc.) and most likely every clinic or health organization has a different baseline for those. Hopefully it helps!
