Replacement Nova StatStrip glucose meters - issue with connecting to wi-fi

We have been having some issues with the last couple of replacement StatStrip glucose meters that we have received this year.  The issue is when we try and connect it to our network the wired connection is working, however, the Wi-Fi will not connect.  The first meter I received that had this issue I called the tech support hotline and they seemed to hint that this was a potential issue with the newer remanufactured meters that they were seeing.  They had me send back the other meter and sent a new replacement.  I just received the next replacement meter today, and same issue. It will connect to our wired network, but not wireless.  Which is an issue because we use them wirelessly in our facility.  I would like to mention that we do not have NovaNet, we only use RALS, but this typically doesn't affect any meter set up, or at least it hasn't in the past.  These are meters that have a remanufactured date of January 2025.  Can anyone offer any information on this issue?  My email is aholland@catawbavalleymc.org if you would prefer to respond via email.
Thank you!

I got a fix. i contacted NovaBiomedical. They sent me a file for the firmware 4.50.8.80. saved this file on my system. Don't open, just right click and save.  We use NovaNet. Turned off the wi-fi on the new meters for when we upload the new firmware it is coming directly from a wired dock. Went to meter setup and to firmware in NovaNet. in firmware assignments, selected the + and then selected the firmware uploader and selected the file i got from NovaBiomedical and said Upload selected firmware. Next i went to my locations in Firmware assignments. I could now see the K2 4.50.8.80 _en in my selection options. Selected the + under location and selected update immediately and assign.
downloaded my new meters for the location we had set up in NovaNet. confirmed that the meters stated in view setup the host version is 4.50.8.80. Turned on wi-fi, ran QC. The icons for wi-fi and the upside down T were active!  Checked QML/Telcor, which is our resulting and operator middleware and the results showed up. Yah...Have to confirm with NovaBiomedical the difference in having the 4.50.8.80 versus 4.50.8.81. Seems our old meters had host version 4.40.8.70 so not going backward from what we are currently using, just going backward from what the new meters have configured.
