RALS Upgrade issues

We recently upgraded our RALS middleware from Legacy to 7.1.4 and we are running into a few issues. When performing comparisons and linearities where we have to analyze large sets of data, it seems there isn't a way to make concise reports including all the necessary information. We can't bulk print/export data for multiple instruments at a time. It seems that you have to print/export one by one. Considering we oversee hundreds of instruments; this is especially affecting bulk linearity reports and Levy Jenning reports. Even when selecting multiple runs, the suggestion was to add columns for each analyte and export to Excel. This doesn't seem like an effective way to assess data and especially inconvenient for our medical director to review. We have met with RALS to discuss our issues in preparation for upgrading to RALS 8.5.0, but it doesn't seem like the new version has any resolution to these issues. Is anyone else running into these issues/have any suggestions or solutions? Thanks in advance!

I feel your pain! We upgraded at least 2 years ago (we are on v7.1.5) and my biggest complaint is the reports. It seems like a big step backwards. I put this in as a wishlist item when we upgraded but have not seen any improvement. My EPOC linearities used to be one or two concise pages and now they are 14 double sided pages per device. Following for anyone else's solutions.......

We are also on 7.1.5.
For EPOC linearities, I created a "view" just for that data and configured it to my liking (The easiest way to do this is 'clone' your EPOC review page and then add and remove things under the wrench.). Then, I make the whole page smaller (Using the Ctrl button and rolling the mouse wheel.), and copy and paste it into a word document.
This way, I can get all the data onto one or two pages.
You can also highlight what you want and download it to an Excel sheet-- and then edit as needed.
Definitely not as convenient as the old platform, but you will find ways to adapt.
