POC CBC in Peds Cancer Clinic

We're currently evaluating a request to add a point-of-care (POC) CBC analyzer to our on-site pediatric cancer clinic to improve turnaround times. The primary purpose of this testing would be to help determine whether a patient can be discharged without requiring a transfusion, rather than to guide treatment decisions.
Is anyone currently using a POC CBC analyzer in a clinic setting operated by nurses and/or medical assistants?
We're currently researching the HemoScreen, CitoCBC, and Sysmex XW-100. Does anyone have experience with any of these analyzers, or are you using another solution in a similar setting?
Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We are using a CDS Medonic in our freestanding ED/UC. All testing is performed by nursing and paramedics. It is extremely easy to use.
Hi Tracie, thank you! Which model of Medonic analyzer are you using?
Heather we are using the M16C. It allows for cap pierce, open tube and capillary (we do not use the capillary function).
Thanks for letting me know! Are the nurses/paramedics performing the maintenance and QC, or are you handling that in POC? The maintenance sheet we found seemed a bit detailed.
They perform the QC and I do the maintenance. I do have a manager that knows how to do some of the cleaning and will do it if there is an issue with the instrument.
