IT Workflows for POC Personnel

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to the group to get a sense of how IT and POC responsibilities are split at your sites.

In our network, the POC team handles nearly all the technical aspects of our program once a test system is live. This includes everything from middleware AND device configurations and LIS interfacing to troubleshooting device connectivity and even managing server restarts.
