What are your thoughts on sharing training material and policies with vendors?

: "I've got a Accu-Chek Inform II Tips and Tricks booklet that I'm working on and the Roche rep was impressed with it and asked if I'd share.
I don't care to share with other POCC because we've got it rough some times!
I'm not sure I want to share it with them though; I took all the pictures myself and as an hobbyist photographer I know it's not go..."
