Entering unsolicited POC results in EPIC
For those who have EPIC, how are unsolicited POC tests resulted? We are currently in the transition to EPIC.
With unsolicited there wouldn't be a specimen # since the test would not have been ordered.
We will only have 4 tests that need to be manually entered into EPIC: PT/INR, Fern, wet mount, and urine drug screens.
Any words of wisdom are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
