IQCP Risk Assessment for iSTAT
Would anyone be willing to share a risk assessment for the istat? We will be use CG4+ and CG8+. This is my first start to finish IQCP. You can email me direct at Kyle.Gray@FroedtertSouth.com. EPOC card bulletin
There was a letter from Siemens about certain lots of cards exhibiting a negative Sodium bias. We did have one of the affected lot numbers in our inventory.
