IQCP Risk Assessment for iSTAT

Would anyone be willing to share a risk assessment for the istat? We will be use CG4+ and CG8+. This is my first start to finish IQCP. You can email me direct at Kyle.Gray@FroedtertSouth.com. I have seen so many different versions of IQCP and I am not sure where to start. Thank you for your time and if I can help with anything, just ask. I have experience with Hemochron 100 ACT+, ROTEM Delta, Clinitek Status and NovaStat glucose monitors. I also run a small clinic lab with a few moderate complexity test systems. Thank you!

Morning! I wish you both luck, they are time-consuming. Abbott had a great recourse, Guiding the Development of an IQCP. It included an Excel template, instructions on finding the required info in their System manuals and cartridge information sheets and other resources. See if your i-STAT rep still has access to this. I have a printed copy (sorry not electronic) - let me know if you need this.
