Annual competency including Direct Observation for PPM

How do you handle annual competencies and direct observation of physicians, PAs and APNs for PPM? If anyone has a procedure that they would be willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it. We have approximately 75 staff that we need to complete direct observations for.
