Look into the Polymedco PathFast. They just received FDA clearance last week.
Good news on the horizon is the Siemens Atellica VTLi. It's been in use in Europe and Australia, and I'm hoping it'll clear FDA this year. It is more compact but drawback is it only tests for hs-TnI, unlike the Polymedco.
