I hope to better understand the education documentation requirements for moderate complexity testing personnel. Specifically, do you require primary source verification for diplomas and transcripts? I have referred to 42CFR 493.1423(b)(1-4) and understand what is required of the testing individual in order to meet the requirements. Said: No idea if this is "abbott approved"... but I've had good luck GENTLY tapping the cartridge flat on the counter. I don't know if it's due to surface tension or what, but it does seem to help.
