iSTAT PT+ cartridge
We are already using iSTAT for Chem * cartridge, but facility now wants to add the PT+ cartridge. Anyone have a validation plan and IQCP they are willing to share? What did you do to establish your reference range? This is my first time adding a cartridge to an existing validated instrument....validation for the cartridge is same as if I was validating a new iSTAT right? Do you complete a method comparison..... besides the PT cartridge we are adding we don't have another in house method ...

POCT org charts
I'm curious as to what POCT position titles you have at your facilities. I am the POCT/Lab quality manager for the IDN (4 hospitals, 5 lab OP sites, and about 30 physician offices).
What is your title- POCT Manager, Coordinator, Senior Tech, etc??
What are the position titles that report to you?
We are evaluating our positions and would like to know how other sites are organized.
