Nova StatSensor Calibration verification Issues

Hello!

I am currently Validating a new nova creatinine meter but I am having some difficulty with A) the calibration materials %recovery for each level and B) the calibration verification material does not cover the AMR.

I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations or suggestions as this is a brand-new meter, brand new calibration materials, new strips, etc. Also, what are the recommendations for verifying the entirety of the AMR when the calibration verification ...
