Requirements for staff performing training
We are working an creating a new workflow for competencies for moderately complex poc tests. (Currently still relying on our grandfathered-in nurses that are still able to run competencies.)
Can I still have nurses run initial trainings and they’re good to go? Then a technical consultant doesn’t have to meet with them until their 6-month competency?
Or do they need a technical consultant to deem them competent before they begin patient testing?
Thank you!
