Float Staff - Waived Competency
Hello,
Wondering what everyone does as far as Competency Assessment for Waived Testing when the operator floats between multiple CLIA sites? We do a general training for all POC operators for each test method and then they are given access to devices/testing at their respective primary site. We do have many who float to other locations as well due to staffing, vacations, etc. Each operator is assigned an electronic module/quiz and then are required to complete either QC or p...

Said: We have used the AVOX 1000E here for 20 years and have never had any issues. We use RNA Medical QC and CalVer kit. Cath Lab here is only interested in the O2Sat (%HbO2).
