HS TNI on iSTAT
Hi all,
Looking for some insight!! I am having a dilemma regarding HS TNI at my satellite emergency department that stands 20 minutes away from my main hospital site. I know that other cites have had to move from cTNI to HS TNI on the iSTATs. I am just wondering if anyone has implemented something in their LIS surrounding the use of delta values? My physicians are very adamant on the availability of deltas since this is what they treat with, but the analyzer itsel...

Laboratory Director Designee Statement
Hello!
I am wondering if a designee statement is required for waived testing. Additionally, are designee statements required to be signed annually? It would be helpful if you could provide the specific regulation. It seems straightforward for non-waived testing but difficult to locate for waived.
