Nova StatSensor Calibration verification Issues

Hello!
I am currently Validating a new nova creatinine meter but I am having some difficulty with A) the calibration materials %recovery for each level and B) the calibration verification material does not cover the AMR.
I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations or suggestions as this is a brand-new meter, brand new calibration materials, new strips, etc. Also, what are the recommendations for verifying the entirety of the AMR when the calibration verification material does not cover the range?
Additionally, if anyone has any recommendations for alternative creatinine meters, I would appreciate the information!
Thank you,
-Holly

Manufacturer's Cal/Ver material doesn't cover the entire Manufacturer's cited AMR, two choices:
- Restrict the AMR to what you can actually validate.
OR
- Find another product that does to extend the range, I've found some Eurotrol products for this very purpose. Can't say I'm familiar with one for Creat however but I haven't looked.
Thank you!
