TJC initial laboratory accreditation inspection

I have an emergency room POC laboratory that is transitioning from COLA accreditation to TJC. Does anyone have any experience with the initial lab inspection process? Looking for some helpful tips to prepare for it and also just to get an idea how they inspect. My other laboratories are CAP and that is what I am most proficient in. Thanks in advance!

JC standard on waived testing competency requirements

Would someone be so kind to post the specific JC standard on waived testing competency requirements in its entirety? (We are CAP certified.) As I recall, it basically states pick a minimum of 2 of the 6 non-waived competency requirements.
