HMS Hepline kit

Hi!

For those still using the HMS Plus "HEPline kit", can someone explain how to correlate the U/mL on the supplied tube to the Heparin Concentration in mg/kg that is resulted by the HMS?

If the 1 U/mL was filled to the 5mL line with healthy donor blood and produced a result of 0.6 mg/kg, how do I know if that is acceptable?
