Abbott FreeStyle and Lantronix boxes

We currently have many Abbott FreeStyle glucose meters throughout our system and they are all connected to lantronix boxes. It has been set up this way since we started using the analyzers over a decade ago. As time has gone on, our IT department has stopped supporting us in programing our lantronix boxes and we would like to no longer use them. I have seen other facilities that do not use them.
