Said: We are inspected by COLA and each location that has a different CLIA must have their own competency. We require them to do QC, a module and quiz, patient testing and an unknown or proficiency testing.

Said: We are inspected by CAP and in California State. We require competency assessment base on CLIA license. We require staff who floats between campuses, maintain different sets of POC competency in each campus.
