epoc Failed IQC result transmission
I was wondering what everyone's results look like on the patient's chart when the epoc has partial results due to one of the modules having a "failed iqc."
If the analyte modules are separate and the other values that do not have a failed iqc is still valid, on the patient's chart when it is sent over what does your patient chart say?
If the results say failed iqc on the patient chart, does the patient have questions about that.
Does any lab translate that to som...

IQCP for GH100 ACT meter
Hello- I work for a 300 bed hospital that is transitioning from Hemochron Signature Elites to the GH 100 ACT meter.
Does every one that uses this instrument run on a IQCP? and if you do- why do you have one?
I looked in archieves and saw a robust conversation in Jan- feb 2025. While looking thru the manual for the GH 100 it states 2 levels of QC must be ran every 8 hours.
It also states that EQC can be used to comply with this requirement. Manuafacture requires...

TEG 6S QC
I think I need some help from some established TEG 6s systems. How often are you running QC on your cartridges? Do you have an amazing form or process to track this...and would you be willing to share???
We just went live with 4 TEG 6s devices running all 4 cartridges in October. We're running QC monthly, new lot, and new shipment. It's only been 2 months and its already hard for lab staff to keep track of which lots/shipments need QC. Help?
