Radiometer ABL90 Cal Ver
Hello All,
Our facility uses the Radiometer ABL90 Flex Plus instrument. We found that several of our instruments did not meet manufacturer criteria for pCO2 when running our cal ver, all out low. The few devices that did meet criteria, passed on the low side. There have been no major trends in our onboard internal QC data. Has anyone else experienced the same issue recently?

The Cath Lab documents the results in their charting system, which then sends the full report to the EHR. The issue is that the charting system has built-in reference intervals that technical support says cannot be changed to the ones approved by my medical ...

Said: How many correlation samples are you all performing on each i-STAT meter? I know this is dependent usually on each Medical Director's decision --- just curious. Are you also correlating the ACT cartridge?
