GEM Hemochron 100 ACT+ Protocol

Good morning! We use the GEM Hemochron 100 for ACT testing in our heart center. Currently we only use the ACT-LR cuvettes, but our EP lab providers have requested the ACT+. Does anyone have a heparin dosing protocol with the ACT+ cuvette that they would be willing to share? My email is CBlasick@kh.org. Thank you!

I am working on obtaining one as well. Honestly our idea for policy is to just include it in the ACT LR policy but add the ACT+ to parts for QC, or cuvettes, just indicating that QC will require the ACT+ tab to be selected. I have not found any "reference ranges" as this is a clotting test but I've been told anything >350 for an aFib ablation is ideal.
