Inquiry on CLIA Waiver for Mobile Lead Screenings

Our pediatric team have asked to start mobile lead screenings at community centers and early learning centers. They have asked for guidance on CLIA requirements, policies and procedures, infection control, and any QA considerations. I want to make sure we’re setting this up the right way from the beginning. Does anyone have some insight into obtaining a CLIA of waiver for mobile testing and setting up a mobile testing clinic?

Rotem Sigma vs Teg6

We are looking at bringing in either the Rotem Sigma or the Teg6. Can anyone that has already made that decision tell me why you opted for one over the other? Or if you switched, why did you switch? Thanks
