Competency Reset
I was wondering what everyone's view of this idea.
Let us look at a hypothetical situation:
Suppose someone is trained and competencied for a non waived device at the 6 month mark and then goes on medical leave for some time and goes past the 12 month and maybe the annual - would you reset their competency period or would you competency them and call it what it would have been if it was at that point in their competency assessment period.
