Hemoccult Annual Competency Requirements
Hi all,
What is everyone doing for FOB hemoccult annual competency? Our system has previously required a test patient, both levels of QC, and a Healthstream assignment for each POC test. We are thinking about removing the test patient requirement because our new LIS doesn't work well with test patients. So we would only be requiring the Healthstream assignment and QC for annual competency assessment. Since Hemoccult doesn't have external QC, we're stumped on what do require ...
