Setting up iSTAT devices

I just wanted to reach out to see what others are doing to set up their iSTAT devices. We had a computer that we designated to setting these up and it went down and have now been told with Windows 11, we will need a router and the computer to be off the network for the setup of the devices. How do you all manage this piece for setup? Do you handle the setup piece or is it handled by your IT team? Anything you have found that makes it easier to manage?
