Hello: Has anyone else having issues with the creatinine analyte for the EPOC on the CAP AQHQ-A 2025 survey?

Our LDRP wants to switch from the Amnioswab test for rupture of fetal membrane to the ROM Plus test. Anyone using the ROM Plus? Pros or cons? It's a moderately complex test so an IQCP needs to be written since QC is required monthly by the manufacturer.

Our labs have used CLO test for years to test for H. pylori. We have been recently informed that is no longer going to be available.   Is anyone using a POC version in their GI units? What is the name of the test and how well does it work?

I am in the process of performing validation, correlation, training and implementation of the Abbott CG8+ cartridge testing on the i-STAT analyzer.  Is anyone willing to send me their policy and procedure for CG8+ testing?

Any members oversee PPM testing that includes insect identification? Our clinics perform KOH Mount to identify fungal element and would like to include insect identification e.g. scabies. Anyone have a procedure for insect identification, competency documents that you could share? Thank you....
