Is anyone signed up for the AACC webinar tomorrow on Leading the Way to Positive Outcomes: The Role of POCT in Patient-Centered Care and have you gotten any notification as to how to log on? I have called twice and they said they have not sent out anything yet, I just find it odd to wait til the last minute or if someone has a phone number other than the customer service # I would appreciate it.

Susan, my understanding is that the links went out in emails. In helping someone else on this listserve yesterday, my suggestion is to check spam to be sure the email did not get lost in there. The emails were to be directed to 'the one' who registered.
If the one who registered does not find the email in their spam, and they email me directly pmann@utmb.edu early enough today, I can forward those emails to AACC Education liaison who is running the virtual conference in order to elicit his support.
I don't have any other phone number to refer to other than AACC Customer Service - although if you get the run around from Customer Service, I highly recommend calling the phone number on their website 202.857.0717 or 800.892.1400(I do not know what kind of tree there is)
Report you are not getting the help you need from Customer Service.

I have also signed up and not gotten any notification as to log in. I called and was informed a link would be coming. Its almost time for the conference to begin and I still have no link and the office is not yet open!

Hello, here is link from AACC Education which should work. You'd have to have the email address of the person who registered in order to 'enter'.
I will keep trying to check back 'here' on listerve to see if anyone else is having problems after using the link below:

from AACC: "At 2:22 on Wednesday you should have received an email from AACC with the subject line "Login instructions for AACC Online POCT Conference." There is also a link to the conference in your AACC profile, and the direct URL is https://aacc.6connex.com/event/VirtualEvent/login."
Addendum to previous post: below is the AACC Education liaison to email if you cannot get into the virtual conference, he is monitoring the emails. Also below is the AACC customer service number to use.
