Hemochron Sig Elite use outside of manufacturer temperature range

Hello everyone,
Would anyone know what the Hemochron Sig Elite does if someone tries to operate it outside of the manufacturer's temperature ranges 15-30 C (59-86F)?
I'm not seeing in the IFU that it would give errors or anything indicating the device would alert the user.
